Over the years I've had the opportunity to experience the ins and outs of the marketplace. Under these circumstances, I have helped people make transitions under some very painful circumstances. Although I've always considered myself a compassionate person, I have developed a deeper understanding of how emotional the home selling and buying process can be during this period.
